Dear Parents / Carers,

As we approach the end of term please find enclosed the arrangements for the Family Fun Day, the last day of the academic year and arrangements for the start of the 2014/15 academic year.

Final Day Arrangements
As with previous years the academy will close at 12.30pm on Friday 18th July 2014.
Attendance on the final day is crucial and will contribute to your child’s overall attendance for the academic year. Students will be required to wear uniform on the last day of term.

Join us at the Greenwood Family Fun Day.
Family Fun Day 3.30pm to 6.00pm on Thursday 17th July 2014

The Academy day will finish as normal at 3.05pm and timetabled lessons will take place until 1.30 pm after which the Fun Day will start. Students will enjoy live performances and a range of other activities including, an inflatable obstacle course, inflatable table football and a host of other ‘Fun Fair’ classics.

Students should come to school fully equipped, however they will not be required to wear school uniform.

We are expecting many of the activities to be extremely popular so we will be operating a token system on the day for some of the activities. We would ask that each students brings £1 to school which can be exchanged for 4 tokens. Additional tokens will be available on the day to purchase at 30p per token.

We would be delighted if parents and the wider community would join us at our Fun Day from 3:30pm - 6:00pm. Please come and celebrate with us and enjoy the fantastic attractions on offer. Entry is completely free.
